Hey Friends, Welcome back to the Broken Blended and Blessed Podcast! The fitness industry has hundreds of options for us to lose weight and be healthy, however, most of them are ‘lies’ and all of them drag us in to chase perfection.

In today’s episode, I share how I fell victim to many of the industry lies and how it increased my feelings of unworthiness and anxiety.   These struggles are real and I feel that many of us struggle with them – so I’ll also be sharing how I overcame many of them and how you can overcome them starting today by looking at 7 elements for total wellness.
