Apple Carrot Smoothie

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Large Carrot
  • Water
  • Ginger
  • Organic frozen kale
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs pre-soaked chia seeds
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

  1. take one tbs chia seeds and soak in water while you prep the rest of the smoothie
  2. simply put all the remaining ingredients in a blender/instant pot and mix it up – The carrot and the apple sweeten it up and the fat helps with nutrient absorption
  3. Add chia seeds (you can feel the slimy content of these when you don’t blend them in so if you don’t like that blend it with the chia seeds. The chia seeds slimy texture stick to your gut lining and helps with cleansing)
  4. Drink up
