Meal Plan June 7th

Doing a little feeler too – Do you think that you would pay for a meal plan and meals that are already prepped for you? What if it was specifically designed for your family and your schedule?

Breakfast – Ezekiel Bread with nut butter and egg. (eggs and peanut butter go beautifully together 😉 ) Avocado Toast. Chia seed and Hemp heart ‘oatmeal‘.

Lunch – as usual – this meal is up in the air. Between left overs, eggs, smoothies or whatever else I’m feeling.

Dinners

MondayTomato Lentil Soup

Tuesday – B.L.T.C.E.A. Sandwich (Turkey bacon, lettuce, Cheese, Egg, Avocado) side of asparagus

Wednesday – Tacos with mixed peppers on top

Thursday – Breakfast – protein pancakes and scrabbled eggs 😉

FridaysBlackened Salmon with Fries and Broccoli

Saturday – Date Night

Sunday – Grilled Steak and Grilled Veggies
