Running a grass-fed beef business on the side has one huge perk – clean ground beef, steak, and roasts whenever we want! With that comes the struggle of finding new ways to use the meat that is exciting and full of the nutrients that lead to energy and health. I’ve made a few different burger bowls, but this one is a hit. All the ingredient measurements are approximations. If you’ve seen some of my other posts, I don’t like to measure when I cook – not when I bake either and that’s probably why my baking skills aren’t so good – cooking, however, I go by smell and feel so I get you as close as I can 🙂 You’ll find this meal to be quick, easy, delicious and filling for the whole family, Enjoy!
