1 Move 10-minute Full Body Workout

One of my favorite full body workouts was 1 move with only 1 set of dumbells:

  • Start standing with two dumbells in your hands
  • Go down like a burpee into a plank
    • 1 push up
    • Left Row
    • Right Row
    • 1 push updumbbell press and row
  • hop back in and stand up
  • Squat and go into a shoulder press as you stand up
  • Repeat (as many times as you can)
  • Rest for 45 seconds
  • Repeat 10 minutes
