One of my favorite full body workouts was 1 move with only 1 set of dumbells:
- Start standing with two dumbells in your hands
- Go down like a burpee into a plank
- 1 push up
- Left Row
- Right Row
- 1 push up
- hop back in and stand up
- Squat and go into a shoulder press as you stand up
- Repeat (as many times as you can)
- Rest for 45 seconds
- Repeat 10 minutes
