Getting enough protein is hard some days. Getting a healthy dessert is even harder. I heard of a protein yogurt dessert on tik tok and made it my own.
Ingredients
- One container of Oikos Vanilla greek yogurt
- 18 g Protein Powers (this is my fav)
- 2 tbs PB2
- 2-3 tbs Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Directions
- Mix together the yogurt, PB2 and protein powder
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil microwave for 15 seconds (add 5 sec at at time till melted)
- Pour melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture
- Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes and enjoy!
